Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

RequirementsEducation: Sixty (60) hours of college credit or an associate's degree required. Degree or formal training in Early Childhood preferred.

Experience: One (1) year of increasingly responsible experience in after school programs, school age childcare, or out-of-school time programs with one (1) year of related management or supervisory experience required. Two (2) years after school programs, school-age childcare or out-of-school time program experience preferred. Verified supervisory level management experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a basis of two (2) years of experience for each year of education requirement or current director's or Child Development Associate (CDA) credential may substitute for the educational requirement.

Certificates/Licenses/Registrations: A valid driver's license. Attend 15 hours of childcare training each year, complete multimedia First Aid training (8 hours), and certified in CPR within the first 90 days.
